If Specula isn't for you, write to support@speculamac.com within 14 days of your purchase. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or tell us which one it was; the payment ID from your receipt helps us find it faster. You don't need to give a reason.
How the money comes back.
We issue the refund through Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record that sold you Specula, to the payment method you used. You get back everything you paid, taxes included. Dodo emails you when the refund is on its way; how soon it shows up depends on your bank.
What happens to your license.
A refund disables your license key. Specula notices at its next license check — when it starts, or within a week — and stops working on your Mac. You can then move it to the Trash.
After 14 days.
If something is wrong with Specula after that, write to us anyway: we look at every case. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
